      Waterside Community Features and Infrastructure

     The infrastructure including roads and electric will be provided and completed by the developer.

 The Waterside community has access and frontage on the Belize River, which leads out to the Caribbean Sea.

    The community has approximately 50% of its land area set aside as preserves, green areas, open spaces and reserves for the benefit and enjoyment of the community residents.

     The Waterside Community is designed with a main entrance gatehouse.

     All-weather, compacted stone roads have been constructed within the development.

    Electric service will be available to parcel owners within the community. Electricity will be supplied and billed by Belize Electricity Limited.

    The developer has installed the main water lines throughout the development. As an alternative you may wish to construction a water catchment and holding system, which can store rainwater collected.

     Telephone service will be available to parcel owners within the community. Telephone service will be supplied and billed by Belize Telemedia Limited or by a local cellular phone carrier.

     Each parcel is approved for an individual multi-stage septic tank and leaching field.

     The community infrastructure has been constructed by Waterside Limited and will be turned over to the property owner's association (Waterside Community Association Limited).  The association has been established for common property management and sensible deed regulations. As a parcel owner you will have the right in common with all other parcel owners to use the community common areas.
